By using Antiqios, you agree to follow these Community Guidelines in addition to our Terms of Service.

Failure to follow these Guidelines may result in the removal of content, account restrictions, suspension, or permanent termination.

1. Respect Other Users

• Threaten anyone.
• Bully or intimidate.
• Use offensive language.
• Promote hate or discrimination.
• Encourage violence.
• Engage in abusive behavior.

Respectful communication helps maintain a trustworthy marketplace.

2. Be Honest

Always provide truthful information.

Do not:

• Misrepresent an item.
• Falsely claim authenticity.
• Exaggerate rarity.
• Hide damage or defects.
• Use misleading descriptions.
• Post false historical claims.

Trust begins with honesty.

3. Use Real Photos

Listings should include genuine photographs of the actual item whenever possible.

Do not:

• Use stolen images.
• Use photographs that belong to another seller without permission.
• Use AI-generated images as if they were real photographs.
• Use edited images intended to deceive buyers.

Minor edits such as brightness or cropping are acceptable provided they do not misrepresent the item.

4. Respect Intellectual Property

Only upload content that you own or have permission to use.

Do not upload:

• Copyrighted photographs.
• Trademarked materials without authorization.
• Copied descriptions.
• Protected artwork without permission.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their content does not infringe the rights of others.

5. Sell Only Legal Items

Only advertise items that may legally be bought and sold under applicable law.

If you are unsure whether an item is legal to sell, do not list it until you have verified its legality.

6. No Fraud

Fraud of any kind is strictly prohibited.

Examples include:

• Fake listings.
• Fake certificates.
• Counterfeit collectibles.
• Identity theft.
• Payment scams.
• Deposit scams.
• False ownership claims.
• Price manipulation.

Fraudulent activity may result in immediate permanent suspension.

7. Respect Buyer Safety

Buyers should never be pressured into making a purchase.

Sellers should:

• Answer questions honestly.
• Allow reasonable inspection where appropriate.
• Clearly explain item condition.
• Communicate professionally.

8. Respect Seller Safety

Buyers should also behave respectfully.

Do not:

• Harass sellers.
• Spam messages.
• Make fake offers.
• Waste sellers’ time intentionally.
• Threaten negative reviews to obtain discounts.

9. No Spam

Do not:

• Repeatedly post identical listings.
• Send unsolicited advertisements.
• Promote unrelated businesses.
• Flood the messaging system.
• Use automated posting tools.

Spam reduces the quality of the community.

10. Protect Privacy

Never publish another person’s:

• Phone number.
• Address.
• Email address.
• Government identification.
• Financial information.
• Personal photographs without permission.

Respect everyone’s privacy.

11. Report Problems Responsibly

If you notice:

• Fraud
• Counterfeit items
• Copyright violations
• Fake listings
• Dangerous content
• Harassment

Please report it through Antiqios.

False or malicious reports may also violate these Guidelines.

12. Consequences of Violations

Depending on the severity of the violation, Antiqios may:

• Remove listings.
• Hide content.
• Issue warnings.
• Restrict account features.
• Temporarily suspend accounts.
• Permanently terminate accounts.
• Report illegal activity to appropriate authorities where required by law.
